Ordering and Payment

Bookings can be made by telephone or in person or on our website. After ordering the deposit which is 50% of total price. The deposit must be Musholm Bugt Holiday Centre no later than 7 working days after the order date. Payment can be made with credit card via the website or account transfer. The order is binding on both parties upon payment of deposit. By payment of the deposit confirms the guest to have read and accepted our cancellation, sale and payment terms for the ordered stay / event.
If the deposit is not received within that period reserves Musholm Bay Holiday Resort reserves the right to ignore the order. The balance must be no reminder Musholm Bugt Holiday Centre no later than 30 days before the stay / event. When ordering less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount due immediately.
Whatever form it is important that the reservation number and the name given on all deposits.


Checking reservation confirmation

Upon receipt of reservation confirmation is the guest's responsibility to ensure that the duration and type of house is correct.

Cancellation Terms:

Courses / meetings / events:

Within 7 days before arrival - free Cancellation of participants down to the specified minimum number of participants. Binding is here 100%.

For full cancellation the following:

From booking date - 31 days before arrival: Cancellation free of charge

Between 30-21 days before arrival: 50% of  total amount

Between 20-8 days before arrival: 75% of  total amount

For Hollidays:

The reservation is binding after paying the deposit.

By canceling then charged the following cancellation fees:

From booking date-41 days prior to arrival: Cancellation free of charge

Between 40-31 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit

Between 30-21 days before arrival: 50% of total amount

Less than 21 days before arrival: 100% of total amount


Force majeure

Musholm Bugt Holiday Centre can cancel or terminate the tenancy by reason of force majeure, which shall mean war, riot, strike, lockout, oil and gasoline rationing, border closures, epidemics, natural and environmental disasters or similar events. Force majeure is Musholm Bay Holiday obliged to promptly inform the guest. There is no visitor no compensation or reimbursement of payments.


Rental price includes

• Electricity, water, heating and cleaning.
• The availability of the cottage and its equipment during the lease period
Arrival and departure

• Arrivals from pm. 14.00.
• Departure must take place no later than pm. 11.00
Cleaning

The daily cleaning is carried out by the guest. Price is inclusive of final cleaning.

Before departure, perform the following:

• Waste removed from the house
• bed linen should be off and put on the floor in the hall
• Refrigerator emptied and cleaned
• Wash up and put in place service
• Oven and sheets for oven cleaning
• The house is left in a tidy condition
• The light turns off
